If we think we can help, we will arrange a complimentary meeting, where we discuss what your dream home looks like ­– your vision, design concepts, objectives and budget estimate. Glenn will explain more about Glenco, our scope and processes, preliminaries and showcase past projects. He may even be able to offer a past or current site walkthrough, ensuring you have a proper understanding of how Glenco work and how your journey would unfold.

Once entrusted to act on your behalf, we will undertake preliminary concept planning and design initiatives, including surveying the land and testing the soil. We will also arrange for initial floorplans and 3D images & elevations to be drawn up. Alternatively, if you have already drawn up plans, we can quote on this.
Once the concept plan is approved, we meet with you to present a build estimate proposal. We will answer any questions you may have and work to ensure you have strong understanding of both the concept and process.
Proving all goes well and the quotation is accepted, we will move forward with the final working drawings and get started with engineering, energy assessments, planning approvals and building permits. We will draw up the contract in preparation for signing, using the industry-standard HIA.
Once the building permit has been issued, the project can commence!
We will get to work bringing your vision to life! Throughout the build, we will keep you updated with regular emails and site walkthroughs. We welcome independent building inspections throughout and operate with exceptional quality standards at every stage. If you change your mind about an element of the design, or particular fixtures and fittings, we will work with you to ensure these amendments are implemented.
Your home is ready! A final walkthrough and inspection is conducted upon completion in order to allow familiarization and ask any questions.
