I had the pleasure of working with Glenco Building Group on a recent project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first meeting onsite we had with Glenn, just before Covid hit in March 2020, we felt confident they were the builder for us. We gave Glenco just a very basic idea of what it was we liked, budget we had but said we were just thinking about building on the land but not 100% sure. Glenco sent us more details, kept in touch but we’re never pushy. During those first Covid lockdowns, we decided to just get some initial concept plans done. Our first look at their ideas were via Zoom, and even the initial ideas were exactly what we had in mind, but so much better than we had ever dreamed of. To cut a long story short, we decided to go ahead and make our dream come to life. The whole team took an interest in our design, listened, understood when we said some things had to be left out because of budget but ensured we got as close to our dream as possible. First part of the build we couldn’t go to site as back in lockdown, but the team kept us up to date with regular updates and photos. We can honestly say that the whole process was absolutely stress free….at no time did we think building a house was hard or stressful. We left a lot of the decisions to Karlie and Glenn as we had complete trust in their professionalism and ideas. The end result? Stunning and so much more than we ever expected….the exact pictures and images that had been in our heads was created….thank you Glenco for making the process so seamless and easy and for creating our modern barn/farmhouse. We love it!

We needed major additions to our existing house in the perfect location so as to accommodate our married children and energetic grandchildren. Enlisting Glenn at Glenco to do the job was the best decision we made. From day one quiet confidence replaced all doubts and the dream became a beautiful reality. Glenn’s team were a pleasure to have on site, they worked tirelessly creating perfectly what we had planned. Sensible suggestions were made along the way which improved the finished project. Communication from Sammi in the office, building site or via the client portal was first rate; it was clear and made timelines, adjustments and payments very easy to follow and kept us up to date. They were always polite, obliging and most helpful.

Their interior designer Karlie made the acquisition of everything from tiles to light switches so easy for us. She consulted, listened to what our desired final picture would be, went away and came back promptly with imaginative and suitable alternatives. Her suggestions and experience in sourcing the right fittings made the whole process so easy. At no stage did we feel any pressure.

We now have the most beautifully finished rooms and outdoor decks which are the envy of our visitors. The workmanship is first class, the attention to detail of the finishes is a credit to Glenn’s team. The beauty of the Bathrooms flows through to the stunning parquetry flooring, the staircase and its contrasting bannister to the panoramic views seen from every room have made this a house our family will treasure for many years to come.

When choosing a builder it was important to us to get someone that was the right fit for us, and we definitely found that with Glenco. No question was ever too silly and no ask was ever too big for Glenco to deliver on. The open and honest conversations were refreshing, relaxing and comforting knowing we were in good hands.

Having an in house interior designer was a major plus for us being able to create and change things from visual 3D renders was so helpful, Glenco made our visions come to life with ease, they really did take the stress out of building a custom home.

Considering we had built not to long ago with a builder based in Melbourne, we didn’t know what to expect with going through it again, but from first point of contact, meeting with Glenn, Bryce and the team we knew what chosen perfection!

Running through our design, wants and need’s in the house, we were extremely happy to be given the choice of using the selection offered by Glenco or the ability to source our own, just this option brings the feeling you are involved more deeply in the build which is something we loved!

During the planning and build process, communication and knowledge was fantastic, not only with the property, but also the requirements from Council, Glenn was fantastic with advising everything we had to know about the Mornington Peninsula Shire.

Using the portal and obtaining updates on the build and confirmation of queries was just a fantastic process, not only via email, but telephone queries were met with enthusiasm and excitement, you always felt comfortable speaking to Steph, Glenn and the team.

Fast forward through to the day of handover, we could not be happier with the result, not only has Glenco built a house which is personal to us, it has gone past our expectations in the finesse of the property.

Being one of many projects we have done but the first in Rosebud. From our first site meeting we felt at ease. Glenn, Steph and team you are and were professional always willing to help and ask any questions.

As Glenco were given all plans and drawings Glenn you resolved the unknown issues quickly and with no hassle to us. As we know now we will be using Glenco to do our next project from the start at design stage.

We had no hesitation going away for five weeks before hand over. On return from our holiday we had a finished project at the highest quality, well above our expectations and more importantly at the quoted price – we were speechless!

Helen and I engaged the building services of Glenn to construct our designer holiday home at Rye. The brief was modern contemporary with five bedrooms and separate living areas on a sloping block. The design and build quality was at the forefront of our high expectations.

Glenn and his team were professional in every regard during our recent renovations. He was organised and efficient and we were very excited when we were able to move back in ahead of schedule.
